We accept returns for exchange or refund, for up to seven calendar days after delivery of the product.
At our sole discretion, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
Items must be in 'new, unaltered and unused condition'.
The definition of 'new, unaltered and unused condition' is:
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- Within seven calendar days of the delivery date (after seven days no returns are allowed)
- Must not be a special order or a custom order
- Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that seven days noted in that item’s particular item description.
Original sales receipt must accompany the return.
Sales of software downloads or licenses and or license renewals cannot be refunded.
Credit card customers: Any unauthorised or invalid charge(s) made to your account will be investigated immediately. If the investigation reveals the charge to be unauthorised or invalid, a return of funds will occur within 45 days or an equivalent store credit will be offered immediately.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Again you MUST contact us within seven days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER seven days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
If you believe that you have met the return requirements stated above please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
